Purchasing Aramco Imports Inc. accepts the following methods of payment:
Master Card Sales Tax will apply to California Residents only. Most orders
can be placed online or via telephone at: Terms & Conditions Payments shall be net thirty (30) days; subject to credit approval by Aramco, which may in its sole discretion at any time change the terms of buyer’s credit, require payment in cash, bank wire transfer, or official bank check and/or require payment of any or all amounts due or to become due for buyer’s order before shipment of any or all products. All accounts past due are subject to one and one-half percent (1½ %) per month service charge. If Buyer fails to make payment when due, Aramco may pursue any legal or equitable remedies, in which event Aramco shall be entitled to reimbursement for costs of collection and reasonable attorney fees. Prices Prices are subject
to change without notice. Prices shall be as specified by Aramco
and shall be applicable for the period specified in Aramcos quote.
If no period is specified, prices shall be applicable for thirty
(30) Return and Exchange Policy Inspection of products shall be the buyer’s responsibility. Buyer shall report any discrepancy in shipment quantity or damage within ten (10) days of delivery DIRCECTLY TO THE TRUCKING COMPANY OR CARRIER. Buyer is responsible for filing claims directly with the carrier. Upon acceptance of claim by the carrier, buyer must provide item numbers and quantities for each product to the Aramco. Authorized returns are subject to a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee. Authorized returns must be in original manufacturers shipping cartons complete with all packing materials and returned freight prepaid. products not authorized for return shall be returned to buyer freight collect. Shipping All shipments are F.O.B. to our Warehouse in Commerce, CA. Please email

the shipping methods offered. Aramco warrants to buyer that upon delivery to buyer the products purchased hereunder shall conform to the applicable manufacturer’s specifications for such products. Aramco makes no other warranty, expressed or implied, with respect to the products. Aramco makes no warranty respecting the merchantability of the products or their suitability or fitness for any particular purpose. We will do our best to accommodate all our clients to ensure complete satisfaction with their purchases. Orders Orders and re-orders must be a minimum of three hundred ($300) dollars.
