Any claims or returns must be made in writing within 7 days of the receipt of the goods. By accepting these goods, the customer accepts personal responsibility for payment on this invoice according to the above terms even should the goods shipped become insolvent or you file for any type of bankruptcy protection. A 25% restocking fee will be charged for the return/exchange of goods within 7 days from the invoice date. Late payments are subject to a 1.5%/month. Goods remain the property of Aramco Imports until fully paid.
